After taking home three GRAMMYs this past weekend, Chance the Rapper is giving back to his fans with a massive North American tour. The announcement places him on the road from the end of April to the beginning of October. Fans were, however, quick to notice an oversight: no stop planned for Chicago.
Chance, a Chicago native, likely has something special up his sleeve for his hometown. The last time he left Chicago out of a tour announcement, he wound up hosting a mini-festival on the city's South Side.
Arguments could also be made for his possible involvement in two of the Midwest's largest music festivals. Curiously enough, there are decent chunks of time left out of the tour dates during Chicago's own Pitchfork Music Festival, July 14-16, and Lollapalooza, August 3-6.
Tickets and VIP packages for Chance's tour are on sale now.
