Anderson .Paak Performs "Come Down" With Hometown Gospel Choir

Anderson .Paak returns to his gospel roots in a new video as part of the Recording Academy's Believe in Music campaign ahead of the 59th Annual GRAMMY Awards. The soulful R&B artist's track "Come Down" receives a church congregation remix from his hometwon gospel choir.

His friends and family all appear in the pews to further emphasize the campaign's mission to capture music's ability to inspire collective communities. Anderson eventually joins in on the choir's cover by returning to the drumset that laid the foundation for his career in music.

Anderson's spot in the campaign goes a bit further than just celebrating the impact of music as he is currently nominated for his first two GRAMMYs.

The 59th Annual GRAMMY Awards will broadcast live February 12 at 5 PM PST.
